Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of the BurnJaro program. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a risk-free refund policy.

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a full refund within 60 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, you must:

  • Submit your refund request within the 60-day window
  • Include your order number and the email used during checkout
  • Provide a brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to contact@burnjaroformula.online with the subject line: Refund Request – BurnJaro.

Make sure to include:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used at purchase
  • Your order number (found in your confirmation email)

Our support team will process your request within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method through Digistore24.

Legal Return Policy – Digistore24

  • The refund period begins at the time of the first payment and lasts a maximum of 180 days, depending on the settings selected at the time of purchase.
  • If your purchase included a trial period, the refund period begins after the trial ends.
  • Digital products may be excluded from refund if the customer has explicitly agreed to the expiration of the right of withdrawal during checkout (via checkbox). If not, the preset vendor policy applies.
  • If you attend a seminar or receive a service that is completed before the end of the refund period, your right of withdrawal may expire upon full delivery of the service.

Processing Time and Method

Once approved, refunds are processed using the same method as the original payment. The typical processing time depends on the payment method:

  • Credit card: Up to 1 business day – refunded directly to the card used.
  • PayPal: Up to 1 business day – refunded directly to the PayPal account used.
  • SEPA direct debit: Up to 10 business days – refunded via bank transfer.
  • Klarna: Up to 1 business day – refunded to the Klarna account used.
  • Advance payment: Up to 10 business days – refunded via bank transfer. The buyer must provide account details.

Important: For direct debit refunds, your mailing address is required for security if it wasn’t collected during the order. For refunds over €200, a valid photo ID scan may be requested. This information will be securely collected via a verification link provided by Digistore24.

Communication and Security

Digistore24 will notify you by email when your refund request is received and inform you when it has been processed. A 10-day processing delay is applied to help prevent duplicate refunds in cases where a customer also initiates a chargeback through their bank.
